From the day your equipment arrives, you’ll have 14 calendar days and 50 working hours to inspect and test it. If it doesn’t meet your expectations, just contact us before 5 PM PDT on the 14th day, and we’ll guide you through a return or exchange—no stress, just send us an email and we’ll take care of the rest.
Full Coverage, Peace of Mind
During this inspection period, your equipment is fully insured, so you’re protected in case of unexpected issues.
Considering a buyback? As long as the equipment remains on your property and meets our return conditions, we’ll buy it back at 100% of the original purchase price, minus any applicable fees.
Return Policy Conditions
To ensure fairness and quality, returned equipment must:
- Remain in original, unmodified condition
- Be free of any accidents or damage
- Not be used as loan collateral or otherwise encumbered
If your return meets these criteria and is requested within the 14-day window, we’ll cover the return delivery costs.
Refunds for approved returns are processed promptly—please allow 1–3 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
